New Adventure

I was thinking what I should title this post, "adventure", "mission", "goal".

I decided to go with ADVENTURE.

As we all know, I just completed a short baking course, and I've been practising at home, but I still think that something is wrong somewhere. So I was at Borders yesterday, found a book about BREADS. Its everything about breads from the making to the baking; the science behind it. It's entitled, BREAD, A Baker's Book of Techniques and Recipes, by Jeffery Hamelman.

From today, I'm going to embark on an adventure; reading and making every recipe in this book. (or at least try and attempt to successfully make it, and I know it sounds corny and a copy of Julie & Julia, but I'm still gonna do it!)

Its a pretty thick book: 350 pages, 89 recipes.

I HAVE NO FREAKIN IDEA WHEN I WILL EVER COMPLETE THIS ADVENTURE :P

Let's set a deadline of end of 2011. LOL.

Wish me luck! I'm gonna need it ;o)

Bad Monday

Bad start to a new week. Everything doesn't feel right. Sneezing the whole morning, made a bad joke about a friend and feeling bad about it after.

Gosh...Sucks!

But you know what. There are people worse off.



Let's hope this disaster ends soon, and all those that need aid get help soon.

Need HELP!!

O.K.

I need to decide if I should continue using this blog or start a new one.

My concerns:
1. This blog is sorta personal blog, whereas I want to start blogging about cooking and baking.

2. I'm also thinking of starting a blog for my goats. So that means I have 2 blogs to maintain. But it's also better cos the goats one is going to be linked to the farm's website.

So, I have 2 options:
A. Continue using this blog for my cooking life and start a new one for the goats.

B. Start a new one for both my cooking life and the goats. Then this blog won't be updated so frequently, and it'll be on a more personal level.

Please help!! OH, and I also need to think of a blog title for the goat one.

iPhone 4 is out; new functions, upgrades, just simply better than the previous iPhone.

ME?

I've been blogging since 2007 (not very frequently), and I still can't get around using the features on the dashboard. I'm going to need some time figuring out where I can get stuff done. But I finally manage to export from Wordpress to Blogger (thanks Sherwyn!).

Basically, iSuck.

Anyway, it has been some time since I touched this thing. Basically, I'll be blogging mostly about cooking and baking, and also about my goats @ Hay Dairies (Singapore).
