BBB

BBB = Busy Bumble Bee

I really don't know why, but it seems that time passes REALLY fast here. It always feels like I don't have enough time. Last week was busy with assignment, this week its economics test and law assignment. Although the assignment is not due yet, but its a bloody long one and it's gonna take a long time to do.

Regarding the law assignment, I really must complain about this friend at uni. I really feel that she was being selfish and unkind. VERY BAD FRIEND. She called to ask if she was able to discuss the law assignment with me and I said OK, so she'll tell me over the weekend which day was good for her to meet up. I didn't get her sms so I texted her and said that I have a test this week and only can discuss with her after the test. GUESS WHAT? She replied saying that she has already discussed it with some other people and she doesn't need to discuss with me anymore. LIKE WTH? Come on lady, I was being nice and she can't be nice enough to share some info with me? I'm NEVER gonna be nice to her EVER.

All work, no play makes Stephy a grumpy girl. So KY and I found some time on Thursday to go KTV. Finally after such a long time, but it wasn't as fun cos there were only 2 of us and I was singing until I had no voice. Before that we met up with Faith. Yes, she was here. After such a long time. Even KC was asking about her. Had hot chocolate and Korean dinner. We had to send her back to the hotel before going KTV, cos' she might get lost.

KC and I were suppose to go out on Friday, but he was really tired so I was being the nice girlfriend that I am, and cooked dinner. So we stayed home that night.

The next day was Farah's graduation, so we spent the whole day out and had dinner with her friends and family. Didn't take much nice pictures, so gotta wait for Farah to upload.

End off with some random pictures of Stephy's home-cooked food. ;)

Extremist

This is so weird, just a couple of weeks back I was complaining that I was too bored and needed some excitement. Now I'm so busy with uni work. SUCKS! So hard to please myself. (laughing at myself)

I was busy catching up with lectures and going through tutorials and doing the accounting assignment that involves tedious work that is only worth 10% (BLEAH!). I also managed to catch up with my cousin, Weilin, the previous Friday. We had steak at this place my friend recommended near my house. It's called Hog's Breath Cafe, there is one apparently in SG, I think it's at Holland V if I'm not wrong. The cut of the meat is really not bad, thick and juicy. I forgot to take photos cos I was busy chatting with my cousin. Here's the website you can check out the pics in there. http://www.hogsbreath.com.au/index.html

Other than that, it's work Mondays thru Thursdays, then we go out on Fridays. Shopping usually. Been wanting to watch "Wanted" but KC says to wait for him. We also wanted to watch "Mama Mia", but the timings are always wrong. Not sure what we'll do this Friday.

Today something weird happened in the afternoon. This auntie called looking for me, but I didn't know her or never met her before. I was totally spooked at how she got my number and my name!! She turns out to be the owner of some asian cafe called Nonya Hut at Glen Waverley. She asked me to visit her if I had the time, she said her kueh kuehs are very good and they were apparently very popular. So i checked her cafe out on google and true enough they did seem very popular. Maybe KY and I will go check her cafe out this Friday. But then again, Melody wants to meet me to have a talk. I really dread talking to her. I really don't want to talk to her, cos I have nothing to say to her, and I'm tired of listening to all her excuses.

Oh well, see how ler...

Shoes Galore

There was another exciting thing that happened, that totally slipped my mind. How could that have been the case when it has burnt a hole in my pocket? I'm in denial. Here they are...

[caption id="attachment_76" align="aligncenter" width="300" caption="Stuart Weitzman"]Stuart Weitzman[/caption]

It's a good buy cos they were at half price, so the hole isn't that big, Maybe that's why I forgot about it. HA! I bought some pieces for mum too from Max Mara, really nice too. I bet she'll love it!

Exciting Food

Past few weeks have been real boring. Other than our anniversary and going for some spicy food. Nothing much happening here down under. Just study, study and more study. We met up with some friends we haven't met in awhile and we decided to have some spicy food. Cos its cold now so some spicy food does feel good, washed down with good old beer. Everything on the menu was spicy, there were only two dishes that were not spicy. Talk about HOT!

[caption id="attachment_63" align="aligncenter" width="300" caption="Spicy Pork Ears"]Spicy Pork Ears[/caption]

The green stuff is actually green chilli, it looks like there is more chilli than the main dish!

[caption id="attachment_64" align="aligncenter" width="300" caption="Spicy Chicken"]Spicy Chicken[/caption]

I bet u can't see the chicken. Cos they used chicken scraps! Bunch of cheaters! I bet they re-used the chilli as well. EWWWW....

[caption id="attachment_65" align="aligncenter" width="300" caption="Spicy Fish Soup"]Spicy Fish Soup[/caption]

It's not that spicy but it kinda numbs your tounge. I wonder why....

[caption id="attachment_66" align="aligncenter" width="300" caption="Spicy Prawns"]Spicy Prawns[/caption]

Not that spicy too, like Thai sweet chilli prawns.

[caption id="attachment_67" align="aligncenter" width="300" caption="Spicy Eggplant"]Spicy Eggplant[/caption]

This one is the same like the prawns, sweet n spicy.

[caption id="attachment_68" align="aligncenter" width="300" caption="Spicy Pork Ribs"]Spicy Pork Ribs[/caption]

This one is really peppery, it has this weird taste in the marinade.

[caption id="attachment_69" align="aligncenter" width="300" caption="Spicy Fried Crab"]Spicy Fried Crab[/caption]

Look at the chilli!! This one was really salty but shiok although the crab wasn't fresh.

[caption id="attachment_70" align="aligncenter" width="300" caption="French beans with olive sauce"]French beans with olive sauce[/caption]

This was the only non-spicy dish, fried french beans in black olive sauce.

Overall it was OK, but we waited for like almost 2 hours for a table. Totally horrible.

Before going for dinner, we were studying at Caufield, but I ended cam-whoring. :(
